Access to best-in-class sub-specialty care at Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital and Northshore / Endeavor Health System (patients have the option to go to the hospital of their choice.)

Early morning appointments or late evening appointments are available.

Included in the membership are blood and urine testing, EKGs, flu / COVID-19 / strep tests.

Once you pay the membership fee, there are no hidden costs. Visits are unlimited, and you can cancel your membership at any time. (We do require a 3-month minimum for the membership).

In-person office visits and virtual visits (when feasible and advisable) via the secure, HIPAA-compliant platform that we
use in our Practice.

Coordination of medical care with your specialists or hospital team.
Access to our extensive referral network.
Tests completed in our office, also known as Point of Care (POC) testing, with
immediately available results (such as rapid strep, rapid flu, rapid covid, glucose, urinalysis).
